Shipping Options

Standard Free Shipping

  • Shipping Time: Custom products will take approximately 5-6 weeks for shipping.
  • Included Costs: Standard shipping includes all duties, taxes, and fees.

Expedited Shipping

  • Shipping Time: For those needing faster delivery, custom products will take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.
  • Additional Costs: Expedited shipping requires an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of the epoxy table and the delivery address.

Shipping Locations

  • Available Locations: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Northern Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Ukraine
  • India
  • Exceptions for Remote Areas: Some remote areas in the United States and Canada, such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, may not qualify for free shipping. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order to verify shipping fees and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email.

Order Confirmation and Approval

  • Order Confirmation: After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes CAD drawings of your product for your approval.
  • Approval Required: Production will only begin once we receive your approval of the CAD drawings. Please reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible to avoid delays.
  • Production Time: The production of custom products will be completed within 3-4 weeks after CAD drawing approval.
  • Production Confirmation: After production is complete, you will receive a product completion confirmation email that includes actual images of the finished product.
  • Shipping Approval: No products will be shipped without your approval. Please ensure that you respond promptly to the order confirmation email to prevent any delays in the delivery process.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care in packaging your order, Sylva Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as needed.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Sylva Home is not responsible for delays or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Cancellations within this period will incur no fee. After 12 hours, cancellations will incur a 30% fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
