1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement with a 3% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after 12 hours but before shipment will incur a 30% fee.
- Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted, and the return process must be followed.

- Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
- Standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming its condition.
