Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@sylvahome.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@sylvahome.com. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with the claim. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement will incur no fee.
  • Orders canceled after 12 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.

Natural Characteristics of Wood

At Sylva Home, we use high-quality wood, which naturally includes variations such as small knots, cracks, grain, and color differences. These characteristics are what make each piece unique. Therefore, they are not considered valid reasons for returns or refunds.
